God is already working,

In things we haven’t yet seen.

He goes ahead of our troubles,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

Whatever we haven’t seen coming,

Doesn’t take God by surprise.

While we live inside our bubbles,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

He’s matchless in His care for,

His children’s endless needs.

God sees it all and loves each one.

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

Seems they are always striving,

These children He adores.

The waring for dominion,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

Nothing new since the beginning,

God’s not nervous, waiting to see.

All according to His timing,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

Our Heavenly Father is forever sovereign

Over time and every man.

Kings and kingdoms never escape Him,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

God is already working,

In His GREATNESS rest assured.

Not one moment escapes Him,

He’s got the whole world in His hands.

God’s BIG hands can hold it,

Release it unto to Him.

God’s love is still working His BIG plans,

For this WHOLE WORLD, cradled in His hands.

This has obviously been inspired by the current events of the world. As anxiety has permeated the atmosphere, I wanted to send out a message of hope. In that, this is not our world, but God’s. He is the ruler over everything, and He is STILL in control. Our hearts need to rest assured in that TRUTH. He is sovereign. God is still sovereign. Let that sink in a minute. Over Everything, He is still in control, and we are not.

Be encouraged today, as you pray for those in need. Bring faith to the table, rejoicing in the God who can! Declare His glory, and remind those around you of His greatness. This world that He created, He still holds in His loving hands.

Wars are not new, nor kings trying to take kingdoms. God is sovereign over time, space, and man. Trust in Him and find rest in that trust. Yes, we bring our petitions to Him, but we let them rest there. Do not carry them away with you, as the weight is too great for you to bear. You were not created for that. You were created to glorify your Heavenly Father and the wondrous works of His hands. Lift Him up today, and find your spirits lifting with that praise!

Psalm 3:3 (KJV) . . . But thou, O Lord, are a shield for me; my glory, and the lifter up of mine head.

Let up your eyes, and let God lift your head!
