America began in uniqueness,
Upon its founding in 1776.
When they made that Declaration,
Our Founding Fathers stood on more than politics.
They recognized our Dependency,
That true Liberty had come from God.
They cited Him our Creator,
Who had endowed all men to trod.
This earth with given inalienable rights,
Human rights He gave to all.
Of What our Government was made to protect,
Rather than create what rights they saw.
Our foundation was significant,
Independence as God had seen.
Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness,
The basis of Providence to glean.
Liberty and Greatness are God’s.
Carved in marble and written in stone.
Scriptures with Declarations of Trust in God,
Testify how this county arose.
“America the Beautiful/
God Shed His Grace on Thee.”
Providence remains the source,
Of Independence that set you Free.

Inspiration for this piece to commemorate our Nations 250th’s celebration came from a message given my Rev. Many words of wisdom were given by both, towards the recogniction of what our country was founded on and why.
History Tells It
You can read in history of a Great Awakening that had stirred spiritual life and had cooled down with time after the first travelers had come from England seeking religious freedom. Our founding fathers were there during that time, and they knew that all of what America had to offer and could be, was given to them by God. The hand of Providence was there to offer Human Rights and the opportunity to live out His gift of Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness. Liberty and Greatness are God’s, and this country was given the chance to be established by His mighty hand for that purpose.
July 4, 1776
Our government was put in place to protect those rights that day on July 4, 1776, not rewrite them. They recognized God’s gracious blessings and Declared America’s Independence to proceed in them. ” Historical records show what was said and what happened before the formation and what was said by those who formed it.” Rev. Our forefathers didn’t want America to forget their source of life, strength and freedom, which came from God.
Psalm 150:1-6 (KJV). . . Praise ye the Lord, Praise God in his sanctuary: praise him in the firmament of his power. Praise him for his mighty acts: praise him according to his excellent greatness. Praise him with the sound of the trumpet: praise him with the psaltery and harp. Praise him with the timbrel and dance: praise him with stringed instruments and organs. Praise him upon the loud cymbals; praise him upon the high sounding cymbals. Let every thing that hath breath praise the Lord. Praise ye the Lord.
We celebrate 250 years of Independence today! Let us not forget or try to deny the source of our Freedom, for remembrance is where the roots thrive and without the roots, nothing lives. Thanks and glory were given to God in the founding of our country. Let us never stop giving God PRAISE and THANKS for this great Nation we get to call home.
